  • More consumption of fluid [ water] as it will increase blood flow.
  • Always rely on veggies and fruits.
  • Don’t eat oily and spicy food as it always causes discomfort to Urinary Tract and will make your blood flow more lethargy.
  • Consume fibres as constipation and issues related to digestive tract also responsible for ED.
  • Limited quantity of Red meat …..yes it’s not restricted but you don’t have to start gobble chops it’s always mentioned because it increase libido.
